1. GENERAL OVERVIEW

 


Nativ Code provides digital products including (but not limited to) sample packs, presets, project files, templates, MIDI packs, one-shots, construction kits, and sound design tools.

All products are delivered digitally and come with a non-exclusive license for personal and commercial use under the conditions stated below.

 

 

 

2. LICENSE & USE RIGHTS

 


When you purchase a product from Nativ Code, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the content in your own musical productions.


You may:

 

  • Use the samples, presets, and sounds in your own commercial or non-commercial music.

  • Modify the content for use in your productions.

  • Release music that incorporates Nativ Code samples as part of an original composition.

 


You may NOT:

 

  • Release, upload, or distribute project files/templates in their original or near-original state.

  • Redistribute, resell, share, trade, or give away the raw sounds, samples, presets, templates, or any product content.

  • Use our products to create competing sample packs, preset banks, templates, or sound libraries.

  • Register copyrights for any Nativ Code project files or templates under your own name or company.

  • Claim authorship over any portion of our products.

 


To release a track made from a project file or construction kit, significant modification is required (e.g., new arrangement, new MIDI, new sound design, key changes, etc.).


Violations may result in legal action.

 

 

 

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

 


All products are delivered instantly via digital download after purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible with the formats provided (e.g., WAV, MIDI, Ableton templates, etc.).

 

 

 

4. REFUNDS & RETURNS

 


Because all Nativ Code products are digital and non-returnable, all sales are final.


Refunds are not provided unless:

 

  • You were charged in error, or

  • You received a duplicate order due to a system malfunction.

 


If you experience technical issues, we will help you resolve them, but refunds are not guaranteed.

 

 

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 


All Nativ Code products, branding, text, audio, graphics, and digital files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nativ Code.


Purchasing a product does not grant ownership.

You receive a license to use the content under the restrictions stated above.


Unauthorized copying or distribution of any product is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

 

 

 

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

 


You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and download links.

Sharing login information or download access with others is not permitted.

 

 

 

7. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT & PIRACY

 


Buying, sharing, leaking, or redistributing unlicensed copies of our products is prohibited.

We actively monitor and enforce copyright violations.


We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals or companies who:

 

  • Reupload or share our products privately or publicly

  • Claim our work as their own

  • Sell or distribute our content

  • Upload our project files/templates as music releases without modification

 

 

 

 

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

 


Our website may contain links to external sites. Nativ Code is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party platforms.

 

 

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 


Nativ Code is not liable for:

 

  • Damages resulting from download issues

  • Data loss

  • Incompatibility with your software or hardware

  • Misuse of the products

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

 


All products are used at your own risk.

 

 

 

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

 


Nativ Code reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

Continued use of the site or products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
