1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital media, all sales of sample packs, presets, and digital software are final and non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" once they have been downloaded or accessed.

2. Proof of Delivery

By purchasing from Nativ Code, you acknowledge that our system tracks digital delivery and download activity. If our records show that the files were successfully delivered to your email or downloaded via our servers, the order is considered fulfilled.

3. Technical Issues

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or "Item Not Received" disputes on confirmed downloads will be contested with full evidence of our download logs and IP tracking. We reserve the right to ban any user found to be engaging in "friendly fraud" or fraudulent dispute practices.
