1. LICENSE GRANT

 


Upon purchase, Nativ Code grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product in accordance with this Agreement.


You are licensed to:

 

  • Use the samples, presets, and sounds in your personal or commercial music productions.

  • Modify the content to fit your creative needs.

  • Distribute music that incorporates Nativ Code samples as part of an original composition.

 

 

 

 

2. PROHIBITED USES

 


You may NOT:

 

  1. Redistribute, share, upload, resell, or gift any Nativ Code product in whole or in part.

  2. Release or distribute project files/templates in their original or near-original form.

  3. Use the files to create competing products, such as sample packs, preset banks, or templates.

  4. Register copyrights for any Nativ Code project files, templates, or compositions under your name or company.

  5. Claim authorship of any unmodified portion of our content.

  6. Resample, isolate, or extract individual sounds for standalone use in other libraries.

  7. Sub-license, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the license to any third party.

 


Violation of these restrictions is a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

 

 

 

3. USING PROJECT FILES / CONSTRUCTION KITS

 


If you use a Nativ Code project file, template, or construction kit to create a track, you must make substantial creative modifications, such as:

 

  • Changing the key

  • Changing MIDI patterns

  • Re-arranging the song structure

  • Replacing/altering sounds

  • Making meaningful composition changes

 


You may not export the project as-is and release it under your artist name.

 

 

 

4. OWNERSHIP

 


All products, sounds, designs, compositions, graphics, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nativ Code.

You are granted a license to use the content—not ownership of the content itself.

 

 

 

5. COMMERCIAL USE

 


You may use Nativ Code sounds and presets in:

 

  • Your released music (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

  • Beat sales

  • DJ mixes

  • Film, TV, ads, and game audio

 


You may NOT use Nativ Code content to:

 

  • Create another sample pack, preset bank, or sound library

  • Create stock music libraries that distribute our samples in isolation

 

 

 

 

6. SAMPLE CLEARANCE

 


All Nativ Code sounds and samples are royalty-free in the context of your musical composition.

No credit or clearance is required for using these samples in your songs.


However, this does not override the restrictions listed in Section 2.

 

 

 

7. LICENSE TRANSFER

 


This license is issued to one user only.

You may not transfer, sell, or assign this license to another individual or organization.

 

 

 

8. TERMINATION

 


Nativ Code reserves the right to revoke this license if:

 

  • You violate the terms of this Agreement

  • You engage in unauthorized redistribution

  • You participate in piracy or leak our files online

 


If terminated:

 

  • You must delete all copies of the products

  • You lose all rights granted under this license

 

 

 

 

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

 


Products are provided “as-is.”

Nativ Code is not responsible for:

 

  • Data loss

  • Incompatibility with your DAW or software

  • Damage resulting from installation or misuse

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

 


Use at your own risk.

 

 

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

 


This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your country or region, unless otherwise required by local law.
